Meet Your Softwave Technician
Setareh Rasouli
Setareh specializes in providing therapeutic Softwave TRT sessions since January 2025. Utilizing over 20 years of experience in the health & fitness industries as an EMT/Firefighter & international Bikram Yoga teacher. Setareh has witnessed the human body from healthy peak performance to completely broken. With a deep
respect & fascination for anatomy and physiology, Setareh was instantly drawn to Softwave TRT’s ability to tap into the body’s natural healing mechanisms and regenerative effects without surgery or medication by stimulating cell migration, blood flow, and growth of new blood vessels while reducting pain & inflammation. This healing modality aligned with Setareh’s belief in taking responsibility for our own health & that we already have everything we need within us. Setareh thouroughly enjoys providing Softwave at Live Fit Gym, hearing and seeing people’s success stories of living their best pain free lives.
Setareh was born in the Bay Area, and has lived in sunny South Florida, Nairobi, Kenya, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia–and has enjoyed exploring S.E. Asia & Africa.
These days, she enjoys adventures with Pygar, her Great Pyrenees dog to the Eastern Sierra Mountains and hot springs.
