Live Fit Gym’s Mission Gym is where our portfolio of fitness and wellness centers began. Over 23 years ago, we opened a small chiropractic office in the Mission area’s diverse community. But we quickly learned that fitness is a more holistic endeavor, inspiring us to transform our chiropractic office into a comprehensive full gym four years later.

Now, our gym in Mission, San Francisco, is a one-stop-shop for all things health — a hub where you can increase mobility, tone your body, soothe chronic pain, and most importantly? Feel empowered. increase their mobility, achieve fitness goals, feel empowered, & most importantly: thrive.
