Why should I work with a female trainer?

Many women at Live Fit Gym feel more comfortable, understood, and supported when working with female trainers, which helps improve consistency and long-term results. Additionally, having an expert who uses empathy and expertise may make your goals feel more possible. The power is in what is unlocked through coregulation, nervous system safety, attunement, social connection, empathy and expertise.
