Live Fit Gym Mission on Valencia St is where our story began more than 23+ years ago in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission District. What started as a small humble chiropractic office quickly grew into a full fitness & wellness destination, built on the belief that health is holistic & movement is medicine.™

Today, our Mission location stands as the foundation of our Integrative Fitness™ model–the intelligent combination of fitness & wellness.
