This class is designed to help both the beginner and the seasoned Pilates practitioner explore movement with awareness.

Emphasis is on the body's natural biomechanics to efficently develop core strength anf flexibility. Each class will include classic Pilates choreography, release techniques and stretches.

Jennifer Charles

Jennifer Charles received her Pilates certification at the Kane School of Core Integration in New York City. Her teaching is informed by her experience with other movement modalities including circus, yoga, and Alexander Technique. Having come to Pilates as a means of helping her regain strength and flexibility after injury, she is delighted to help other people discover their full potential through movement. Jennifer is adept at creating individualized workouts that are as challenging as they are fun.
