Tarah Henderson found her interest in exercise science while studying Sports Medicine at Pepperdine University. She then decided to pursue personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in order to help others become more aware of their bodies and how to make them work more efficiently. Simon has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1995. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life put together health and fitness programs that suit their needs and abilities.

After a thorough screening of your current physical state, he will design a program specifically for you with your short term and long term goals in mind. Utilizing a number of different techniques to enhance posture, strengthening, stretching, stabilizing, and cardiovascular endurance, your program will be adjusted as needed to keep you constantly progressing.
Simon’s training sessions vary depending on the requirements of the client, but he always shows up with a smile and the day’s program laid out before you. In order for you to reach your goals, you will be pushed to your thresholds safely and effectively. He will take care of all the thinking and planning, but expects you (the client) to give a 100% effort in and out of the gym.
